Steps to Delete Your Pinterest Account

1. 1. Log in to your UMG Portal account

   on the UMG Portal
2. 2. Access your settings:

   • On a computer: Click the down arrow in the upper-right corner of the screen and select "Settings".
   • On mobile: Tap your profile picture at the bottom-right corner, then tap the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner, and select "Settings".
3. 3. Navigate to Account Management:

   From the settings menu, select "Account management" from the left-hand menu on a computer, or tap the option on a mobile device.
4. 4. Select Delete Account:

   Scroll down and select the "Delete your data and account" or "Delete account" option.
5. 5. Confirm and Send Email:

   Click "Continue," select a reason for leaving from the provided options, and click "Send email" to get a confirmation email.
6. 6. Confirm Deletion:

   Check your inbox for the email from UMG and follow the instructions to confirm you want to permanently close your account.

Important Notes

• Permanent Deletion:

  Deleting your account will permanently remove your account, data, and all associated content.
• 7-Day Window:

  You may need to wait 7 days without logging in after initiating the process for the account to be permanently deleted.
• Deactivation vs. Deletion:

  You can also temporarily deactivate your account, which keeps your pins and boards but hides them, or permanently delete your account to remove all your data.
